Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Please note: Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time to prepare before shipping.
Shipping Coverage
We ship both within India and internationally.
- Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
All orders are shipped through Delhivery for reliable and trackable delivery.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders within India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a ₹49 handling charge.
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance for international orders.
We’ll do everything possible to ensure your jewellery reaches you as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order details and photos. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
